Define the actual work
General workforce is a broad category. Warehouse picking, packing, cleaning, production support and site assistance involve different conditions and training. Describe tasks, shifts, physical demands, supervision and work location rather than relying on a generic laborer title.
Build a usable selection brief
List essential experience, language needs, shift expectations and any equipment the worker will use. Separate trainable tasks from qualifications that must already be held. Candidates should be evaluated against the same criteria throughout screening and interviews.
Coordinate groups without losing individual status
A volume requirement still consists of individual candidates with different document and approval status. Track accepted candidates, pending employer decisions and mobilization readiness separately so one incomplete file does not obscure the whole group.
Prepare the destination worksite
Confirm employment terms, induction, line supervision and practical arrival arrangements before release. Workforce sourcing is not a substitute for site management. Replacement scope and future demand must be agreed in the commercial documents.
Your questions,
answered.
Can different general roles be combined?
Mixed requirements can be assessed, but each role needs its own duties, selection criteria and headcount.
