01

Choose the workflow before the headcount

Remote staffing works best when recurring work can be explained, trained and reviewed. Start with the queue or function that is delaying your team: administrative follow-up, customer inquiries, recruiting coordination or documentation. Separate that repeatable work from decisions that must remain with your managers.

02

Support functions we can scope

Administrative and back-office support; voice, email, chat and ticket handling; recruitment sourcing and scheduling; non-clinical healthcare administration; and dedicated teams combining several functions. Coverage, tools, language requirements and supervisory layers are agreed for each engagement.

03

Build a launch-ready brief

Provide typical tasks, monthly or weekly volumes, examples of good work, the systems used and the hours when support is needed. Identify who approves exceptions and who will train the team. We use those inputs to define roles, onboarding needs and a reporting rhythm.

04

Commercial structure and service boundaries

A monthly proposal should state role count, coverage, onboarding assumptions, reporting and responsibilities. Additional channels, round-the-clock coverage, regulated work and surge capacity are not assumed. Expansion is managed through a scope change rather than an informal request to do everything.

Before we begin

Your questions,
answered.

Can we start with one role?

A focused role or small team can be assessed first. The right starting size depends on workload, coverage and how independently the work can be performed.

Does offshore staffing replace internal management?

No. Clients still own business priorities, approval policies and the systems their teams use. The agreement identifies supervision and escalation responsibilities.
