Specify the trade in practical terms
A job title alone rarely identifies the right skill set. State the equipment, materials, processes, drawings, work environment and required experience. For welders, for example, the approved process and applicable qualification requirements should be defined by the employer rather than inferred from a generic certificate.
Align screening and testing
Agree on the evidence the employer will accept: work history, certificates, references, interviews and any practical assessment. Identify who sets the test, who evaluates results and which qualifications are destination-specific. A certificate is not a substitute for checking fit against the actual job.
Sequence trades around the project
Different trades may be needed at different stages. Link requested arrival dates to site readiness, supervisor availability and project work fronts. A phased plan can be more useful than asking for every role to arrive together.
Keep technical accountability clear
Tamikon supports commercial coordination and partner alignment. The employer retains final selection, technical acceptance and site supervision unless agreed otherwise. Test success, licensing conversion and government approvals are not guaranteed.
Your questions,
answered.
Can you coordinate trade tests?
Testing coordination can be scoped where required. The employer must confirm the assessment standard and acceptance criteria.
Does a source-country certificate authorize work abroad?
Not necessarily. Destination and employer requirements must be checked for each occupation.
