International Deployment Process
Coordinate employer requirements, candidate progression and mobilization through a destination-specific plan.
From requirement
to a clear plan.
Each stage clarifies the decisions and responsibilities needed before the next.
Build your workforce brief1. Confirm the employer requirement
Record the employing entity, destination, worksite, duties, role numbers, selection criteria and intended schedule. Clarify compensation and employer-side arrangements before candidate discussions advance.
2. Assess the pathway and responsibilities
The appropriate licensed partners and relevant requirements must be identified for the source and destination. Document who owns employer approvals, candidate processing, required checks, travel and arrival arrangements.
3. Source and evaluate candidates
Build shortlists against the approved brief. Coordinate interviews and any agreed assessments. Record employer decisions and unresolved questions clearly; submission of a candidate does not mean acceptance.
4. Track documentation and approvals
Maintain candidate-level status for required documents and approvals. Identify blockers, owners and next actions. Avoid quoting a firm arrival date before the necessary milestones are satisfied.
5. Release and receive the workforce
Confirm mobilization readiness and practical arrival arrangements. The employer should have induction, supervision and the agreed workplace provisions ready. After arrival, route issues and replacement requests through the contractual process.
Your questions,
answered.
Is the process identical in every country?
No. The employer, occupation, source country and destination determine the applicable pathway.
Who controls government approval timing?
Government decisions and processing times are external dependencies. They cannot be guaranteed by a workforce coordinator.
