Partner-Backed Delivery Model

Understand how Tamikon coordinates the client relationship while qualified partners support agreed delivery functions.

The delivery pathway

From requirement
to a clear plan.

Each stage clarifies the decisions and responsibilities needed before the next.

Build your workforce brief
01

The client defines the business requirement

The client specifies the work, desired output, operating environment and approval owners. A clear requirement makes it possible to assign responsibilities instead of leaving them implicit.

02

Tamikon structures the commercial relationship

Tamikon coordinates discovery, proposals, pricing, scope, reporting and escalation. The engagement documents identify the services being purchased, the assumptions behind them and the route for changes.

03

Partners support defined delivery activities

Depending on the service, partner responsibilities may include recruitment, worker administration, payroll support, candidate documentation, processing and mobilization. Their responsibilities should be stated, not inferred from the phrase partner-backed.

04

Keep accountability visible

Use a responsibility matrix naming the owner of each decision and delivery step. The client should know whom to contact, how issues are escalated and what falls outside scope. A single commercial contact does not eliminate the legal or operational responsibilities of other parties.

Before we begin

Your questions,
answered.

Does one contact mean Tamikon performs every task?

No. Tamikon coordinates the commercial relationship; the agreement assigns delivery activities to the responsible parties.

Can responsibilities change?

Yes, through an agreed scope change that identifies the new owner, requirements and commercial implications.
